3/2026: A traffic calming request for speed cushions for Marigold Lane between Bridalwreath Street and Miller Road. A speed and volume study was performed per Step 2 of the Tempe Neighborhood Traffic Calming Guidelines. The study results showed Marigold Lane was eligible for traffic calming with neighborhood approval. Surveys were sent to the residents that would be affected by the installation of speed cushions asking them if they were in favor of or against the proposed installation. After receiving and verifying the votes, Marigold Lane did not meet the required support for the installation of speed cushions.
River Drive between Orange St to University Drive
