Fifth Street between Farmer and College avenues is a collector street in downtown Tempe that connects City Hall, Police/Courts, Mill Avenue, ASU, Sun Devil Stadium, Transportation Center, light rail, transit service, mixed-use development, multi-family housing, hotels, Hayden Butte, historic and redeveloping neighborhoods.  The project will include Paving and restriping of the roadway and bike lanes.
