Employee Survey Working Group

The bi-annual Employee Survey provides valuable insights into employee engagement and satisfaction, guiding the City of Tempe’s efforts to enhance the workplace experience. The 2024 survey results, informed a citywide workshop focused on strengthening communication, recognition, and performance management practices. Representatives from departments across the city collaborated to identify five key recommendations aimed at fostering transparency, accountability, and organizational development. These strategies help Tempe build a supportive, high-performing workplace that advances shared goals and improves employee satisfaction.
