ADA Policy of Non-Discrimination

The ADA prohibits discrimination in access to jobs, public accommodations, government services, public transportation and telecommunications. The City of Tempe has undertaken a comprehensive multi-year approach to the re-evaluation of its policies, programs, rights-of-ways, and facilities to determine the extent to which individuals with disabilities may be restricted in their access to City services, programs, communications, events, activities and facilities. If you experience discrimination or have disability related concerns in obtaining services in the City of Tempe, please let us know. Contact Michele Stokes, ADA Compliance Specialist at (480) 350-2704, Relay Users: 7-1-1,  or at Michele_Stokes@Tempe.gov or you may schedule an appointment to meet to discuss the matter. The ADA Compliance Specialist office is located at 31 E. 5th Street, Tempe, AZ,  85281.
