The City of Tempe offers a desert tree rebate (also known as "TreeBate") for commercial, industrial, institutional, HOA and MFR customers. This rebate provides 50% of the cost of the tree up to $100. City commercial customers can use this rebate for up to five desert adapted trees per site. Examples of desert trees can be found at the Landscape Plants for the Arizona Desert website.
