Abandoned or Unclaimed Property ready for Disposal

The Tempe Police Department obtains property in a variety of ways. The property may be abandoned or found, property held for safekeeping, or property held as evidence/contraband. The Tempe Police Property Facility will attempt to provide notice to all known property owners of property available for disposition in an attempt to return the property. All property that is unable to be returned to an owner will be posted on this web page for 30 days in an effort to give notice to the property owner that the identified property will be disposed of by the City if not claimed by the disposition date.

Any person(s) requesting the return of property identified on this site must contact the Tempe Police Property Facility within 30 days of the posted date to claim the item. The GO# or Item #, Proof of Ownership and Photo Identification are required before any item will be released.
