To start, stop, or transfer service call Customer Services  (480) 350-8361 (a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice to make changes to service is required).

If you have questions regarding your bill or would like to report a problem with your service, please email or call (480) 350-8361 during regular business hours (7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday except holidays).

Our office is located at 20 E. Sixth Street, First Floor, on the northeast corner of Mill Avenue and Sixth Street, just west of City Hall (map).

Hours are from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday except holidays.
