Customer Services processes utility billing for water, sewer and solid waste services.

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) Tempe wants to remind customers that there are many ways to pay your utility bill, including 24/7 options. Are you in need of help due to the coronavirus? Visit our  coronavirus page for ways you can get help. 

You can pay online anytime. There is no charge for credit card payments. 

You can pay by phone - 480-350-8361.  

You can pay by drop box or by mail

If you are a new customer (at a rental property) you can email a copy of your lease before signing up. You can also call 480-350-8361 to pay the deposit.
