Tempe Human Services offers a wide range of inclusive programs and services to assist individuals and families with improving their quality of life. Our full continuum of trauma sensitive services addresses needs across the lifespan through three distinct areas: Social Services, Community Partnerships & Resources, and Education & Senior Services. To achieve this, the Department leverages diverse partnerships and significant federal, state, local, tribal, private philanthropic, and faith-based funding streams.

CARE 7provides 24-Hour Crisis Response, Domestic Violence & Victim Advocacy, and Counseling Services. 

Community Resources & Partnerships manages the City's funding of non-profit partners that fulfill

Community Supervision administers the City's diversion, probation and home detention programs.

Education, Families & Youth Development helps teens and young adults find their way after high school, whether they want to go to college, vocational school, or get a job.

Administers housing and homeowner assistance programs for the city of Tempe.
