Record Fulfillment and Fees
The City of Tempe strives to be as expedient as possible. The average processing time is 20 business days. Fees will be charged as per the Copy Fee Schedule for hard copies of the documents. Pay online for your records using JustFOIA. People may view records in person at the City of Tempe Community Development Department Office at no cost.
