πŸ“ Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) Location Codes

For every Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license, the Arizona Department of Revenue assigns a unique 3-digit location code to identify where business transactions occur.
This code must be used when filing TPT returns for each business location.

🏷️ What Is a Location Code?

The location code appears on your TPT License Certificate.
You’ll find it here:

  • βœ”οΈ Left side of the certificate

  • βœ”οΈ Located below the business address

  • βœ”οΈ Shown as a 3-digit number

This code ensures that tax revenue from your business is properly routed to the correct city, town, or special district.
