Anyone offering these services in Tempe must obtain a Tempe Palmist License.

✅ Step 1 — Prepare Required Documents
Before applying, ensure the following are ready or in progress:
🧾 Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License
Required annually from AZTaxes.gov if the business sells any products such as clothing, jewelry, candles, crystals, cards, or other retail items.
📝 Step 2 — Apply for a Tempe Palmist License
A Palmist License must be renewed annually and requires applications for:
