🎉 Bingo Licensing
Bingo is a game of chance where players pay to participate for the chance to win prizes.
Anyone charging players to play bingo must obtain a Bingo License.
Licensing begins with the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) Bingo Section, then proceeds to the City of Tempe for department and Council review before ADOR and Tempe Tax & License issue final approval.

Bingo is legal in Arizona for:

Recreational purposes

Eligible nonprofit organizations raising funds
Bingo activities must follow state laws enforced by the ADOR Bingo Section.
Failure to comply may result in:

Before applying with Tempe, complete these ADOR forms:

📝 STEP 2 — Apply for the Tempe Bingo Operator License
A Tempe Bingo Operator License is required annually and must include information for all owners/officers.
