Bid Opening Date and time:  September 25, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. (Arizona time)

Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. at East Valley Bus Operations & Maintenance Facility, 2050 W. Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe, Arizona.  City staff will be present to provide a tour of the secure facility.  A maximum of two (2) people per firm are allowed. Please email Wendy Springborn at wendy_springborn@tempe.gov with firm name and two names of attendees referencing this project name and number by 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 10, 2019 to request attendance authorization.  Any questions must be submitted in writing after the pre-bid meeting and addressed to Wendy Springborn at wendy_springborn@tempe.gov. Bidders are not required to attend the pre-bid meeting, but are encouraged to do so.
