The City of Tempe gathered neighborhood input on what aquatic amenity was preferred in Clark Park. Area neighbors were invited to participate in a discussion regarding the future use of the pool area as well as how that may impact other park uses, such as the community garden.

The design concept for an aquatic facility at Clark Park is currently funded in the city’s Capital Improvement Program budget, as part of the Parks Improvement Plan, which is reinvesting more than $60 million into Tempe parks over the next five years. The project is in the initial outreach phase and no funds are currently budgeted for construction.
