Located in the Westside Multi-Generational Center, the Cahill Senior Center is a space for adults 50+. The center offers luncheons, classes, workshops, entertainment and special events.

Programs & Registration

RTA Membership

RTA membership provides the member with special discounts on lunches and events at the Cahill Senior Center. Membership dues also help to cover the cost of supplies and programs. You can purchase a membership at the front desk.

*Must be 50 years or older. Tempe and non-Tempe residents welcome.

Additional information:

The Retirees of Tempe Advisory Group (RTA) aims to provide guidance and assistance with Cahill's programming for ages 50+. RTA members have the unique ability to influence events and opportunities for seniors by providing feedback to the center's employees. RTA members are welcome to attend the quarterly RTA meetings.

This group is sponsored by the City of Tempe Community Services Department and Westside Multi-Generational Center.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you are interested in volunteering your time with seniors, the Cahill Senior Center is always looking for volunteers! For additional information, please visit the Cahill front desk or call 480-858-2420 during business hours.

Current Opportunities:

Bingo Callers - Bingo is played at Cahill on Fridays at 12:30 p.m. The games run until approximately 2:30p.m.

Meal Preparation - Lunch is served every Friday at 11:30 a.m. Special Event lunches occur one Friday a month and are served at 11 a.m. Volunteers will need to have their Maricopa County Food Handler's Card.
