Junior Tennis Academy is for players aged 7-18 who have finished a Learn to Play class or similar beginning tennis program. The Academy is held Monday through Thursday from 6 - 7 p.m., except the Advanced Academy which is held 4:30 - 6 p.m. Classes are divided into age groups. The emphasis of the program is for juniors to play points and games using modified courts, equipment and scoring. Advanced players will develop quicker in the Academy with a focus on game play and mental toughness.

All participants in the Junior Tennis Academy will receive FREE enrollment to the Youth on Court Program, a $30 value! This gives players an opportunity to practice and play FREE on unreserved courts! Discount codes for free enrollment will be handed out to players at their first class. Red Academy (ages 7-9)

Red Academy

The KTC Junior Tennis Red Academy is for players ages 7-9 from advanced beginner to advanced in skill level. Classes start every month and are on-going throughout the year. Players will learn to serve, rally and score in a fun, play-based environment. The Academy will utilize all of the latest tennis teaching methods endorsed by the USTA.

Orange Academy (ages 9-11)

Orange Academy

The KTC Junior Tennis Orange Academy is for players ages 9-11 from advanced beginner to advanced in skill level. Classes start every month and are on-going throughout the year. Players will learn to serve, rally and score in a fun, play-based environment, using an orange ball on the 60-foot court. The Academy will utilize all of the latest tennis teaching methods endorsed by the USTA.

Green Academy (ages 11-12)

The KTC Junior Tennis Green Academy is for players ages 11-12 from advanced beginner to advanced in skill level. Classes start every month and are on-going throughout the year. This class is on a full-length court using a green ball, and will utilize all of the latest tennis teaching methods endorsed by the USTA.
