Welcome to Tempe Tiger Sharks 2025 webpage!

Registration will be available on the beginning the following dates: Tempe Residents: April 21 at 9:00 a.m. Non-Residents: April 28 at 9:00 a.m.

Our summer recreational swim team program focuses on competitive stroke technique while providing a dynamic recreational team environment. Participants must be between the ages of 6-17 years by the start of the program and be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Swim 25 yards of Freestyle
Swim 25 yards of Backstroke
Familiar with Breaststroke and Butterfly

Practices are Mondays-Thursdays with a swim meets typically on Saturday mornings. The first day of practice will be Monday, June 2, 2025. At the beginning of the first practice a parent meeting will be held to go over expectations and hand out schedules. Each child will evaluated during first day of practice to make sure they meet the prerequisites required to remain on the team. No refunds after the first day of practice.

Participants may only attend the practice time they are registered and may not sign up for more than one practice time. Participants may not participate on any other swim team during June 2 - July 17. No Practice 6/19 and 7/4. New this year, we will move practice from Escalante Pool to Clark Pool. There will be no practice in the evening at Clark Pool on July 10. Clark swimmers will be able to attend practice at McClintock in morning on July 10, from either 7:30-8:30 a.m. or 8:30-9:30 a.m. The end of the season awards potluck will be Saturday, July 19, at McClintock Pool from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
