ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES:
*Accessible seating Seats are located at various locations throughout the stadium. Tickets may be purchased in advance through the ticket office at 888-796-4256.
*Accessible ramp is located on the south side of the stadium and is accessible along the Stadium Courtyard sidewalk. Guests with disabilities can be dropped off at the grand entrance or left field gate of the stadium.
*Parking areas for guests with disabilities are located on the west side of the stadium. Upon entry, vehicles displaying state-issued permits will be directed to the proper parking area.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests three (3) years of age, or older, must have a ticket to enter the stadium.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Tempe Diablo Stadium. Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to people under the age of 21. Any fan under the age of 40 should be prepared to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcohol within Diablo Stadium. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold after the completion of the 7th inning. Guests may not take any alcoholic beverages out of the ballpark and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots is prohibited.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted within Tempe Diablo Stadium, with the exception of certified service dogs for fans with disabilities.
AUTOGRAPHS
Tempe Diablo Stadium staff is unable to accept merchandise to be autographed. Fans are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railing between the dugout and the foul pole on both sides of the field up to 45 minutes prior to game time. At that time, fans will be asked to return to their assigned seats. Please be considerate of fans seated in these areas when seeking autographs. Fans may also visit the stadium from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. during non-game day practices.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATMs)
Diablo Stadium is now a cashless venue. Please plan accordingly. We do offer reverse ATM’s on 2 locations on the concourse.

BABY DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS
All public restrooms throughout the ballpark, including family restrooms, have baby changing stations.
BAGS
In an effort to enhance public safety, Tempe Diablo Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks, and other carriers from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions (in each case, after proper inspection):
- Purses or bags that are 12" x 12" with a single zipper closure/flap or smaller
- Clear bags (plastic or vinyl) with no obscured interior pockets that do not exceed 12.75" x 6.5" x 12.75"
- Medically necessary items, including diaper bags
Other than the above-noted exceptions, all other bags must be returned to the patron's vehicle. No backpacks.
BALL IN PLAY
Please refrain from walking up and down the aisles when the ball is in play, or the batter is in the batter's box. Guests are also asked not to interfere with a ball in play.
BANNERS
Banners and signs are permitted, providing they are baseball related and in good taste, as determined by the Tempe Diablo Stadium staff. They cannot be commercial, political, obscene in nature, or represent a disturbance or inconvenience to others. They may not be hung or displayed on any part of the playing field or in any way that obstructs another guest's view of the game, emergency exit signage or any advertising signage. Banners and signs cannot be affixed to any ballpark wall, staff or pole. Banners must be limited in size to 3 feet tall by 12 feet wide and be made of a fire-retardant material. Diablo Stadium staff reserves the right to remove any banners or signs.
BEACH BALLS
For the safety of all guests, players, and employees, beach balls are not allowed inside the ballpark. Any fan bringing in a beach ball or inflating one during a game will be subject to ejection from Diablo Stadium. Please do not partake in hitting or chasing after a beach ball as it may disturb and/or injure another fan.
BICYCLE PARKING
Bicycle racks are located on the south side of the stadium near the ticket office.
BLANKETS
Blankets and towels are permitted for lawn seating.
BOTTLES, CANS, THERMOSES, ICE CHESTS
Bottles, cans, thermoses, ice chests or other hard containers of any size are not permitted.

BULLPENS
The Angels’ bullpen is located behind the right field wall. The visitor's bullpen is located behind the batter’s eye in centerfield. Guests should not attempt to seek players’ autographs after the game has started.

CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted within Tempe Diablo Stadium, provided they are for personal use and no game action is recorded, as required by MLB. Professional equipment including zoom lenses measuring greater than 6" in length are not allowed without proper media credentials.
CASHLESS FACILITY
Tempe Diablo Stadium is now a cashless facility. Only credit and debit cards will be accepted throughout Tempe Diablo Stadium, including parking. Please plan accordingly.
CELL PHONES
Cell phones are permitted as long as their use does not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.
CHAIRS
Lawn chairs are not permitted for lawn seating.
CONCESSIONS
Legends Global provides traditional baseball fare and beverages at five locations throughout the stadium. Additionally, specialty vendors are located on the Left Field Plaza and Right Field Patio.
CONDUCT
In an effort to provide a fun and safe experience for all fans, guests are asked to always behave appropriately, in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Guests wearing clothing that is considered to be obscene or inappropriate, as determined by staff, will not be admitted into the ballpark.
- Guests smoking anywhere within the stadium will be subject to ejection.
- Guests found to be intoxicated, using foul or abusive language or inappropriate gestures will be subject to ejection.
- Guests will not be allowed on the field, beyond the lawn fence line or in the players' parking lot at any time. Any guests entering these areas, interrupting play or chasing after a ball in a prohibited area may be ejected or cited for trespassing and subject to arrest.
- Objects may not be thrown or tossed into the seating area or onto the field at any time. Violators will be ejected immediately and may be subject to subsequent legal action.
- Guests interfering with another guest's ability to enjoy the game will be subject to ejection.
CREDIT CARDS
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted by the ticket office, concession stands and team shops.

Take I-10 (West) to exit # 153-B, take left onto Broadway Road. Take Broadway Road to 48th Street (2nd Light) and take a left onto 48th Street (South). Then take 48th Street to Alameda Drive (2nd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). If taking I-10 Eastbound from the West Valley
Take I-10 (East) to exit # 153, take right onto 48th St. Take 48th Street (South) to Alameda Drive (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). General Parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event will be located on the Second Left (East Side of Stadium).
If taking Loop 101 from the West Valley (Peoria, Sun City, and Surprise)
Take Loop 101 (South) to I-10 (East). Take I-10 (East) to exit # 153, take right onto 48th St. Take 48th Street (South) to Alameda Drive (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). General Parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event will be located on the Second Left (East Side of Stadium).
If taking I-17 from the North Valley (Scottsdale, Carefree, Glendale)
Take I-17 (South) to I-10 (East). Take I-10 (East) to exit # 153, take right onto 48th St. Take 48th Street (South) to Alameda Drive (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). General Parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event will be located on the Second Left (East Side of Stadium).
If taking Highway 60 from the East Valley (Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert)
Take Highway 60 (West). Take Hwy 60 to I-10 (West) (Stay in Right-hand lane), merge onto I-10 (West) and exit onto Broadway Road (Exit 153-B) first exit on I-10. DISABLED GUEST DROP OFF
Guests with disabilities can be dropped off at the grand entrance or Left Field Gate of the stadium. An accessible ramp is on south entrances to the stadium.
DISABLED PARKING
Disabled parking spaces can be found on the east side of the stadium. Upon entry, vehicles displaying state-issued permits will be directed to the proper parking area.
DRONES
Drones, also known as Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), are not permitted on, or above, Tempe Diablo Stadium property. This includes areas around or above the stadium, the surrounding parking lots and/or other parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the stadium.

FIREARMS
No firearms or other weapons are allowed in Tempe Diablo Stadium. (ARS 13-3102)
FIRST AID
The first aid station is located behind Sections 11 & 12 on the main concourse.
FOOD
Guests can bring food and bottled water into Diablo Stadium. This policy is specific to Spring Training games and does not apply to special events held at the ballpark (i.e. concerts, tours, corporate events, etc.). Items that do not meet these guidelines will not be allowed.
- Guests may bring in food that is contained in a clear, plastic bag no larger than one gallon in size.
- Food items should resemble individual portions and not bulk quantities.
- Guests may bring in a factory-sealed, clear plastic bottle of water or sports drink, no larger than one liter.
- Frozen water bottles are prohibited for safety purposes.
- Food purchased from outside restaurants or fast-food franchises will not be allowed into the stadium.
- The sale of any outside food or beverages is prohibited.
- Fruits must be sliced prior to entry.
- Juices in box or pouch form will be permitted.
- Milk, in factory sealed bottles and baby formula accompanying a child upon entry will be permitted.
FOUL BALLS
Fans should always remain alert of the game as bats and balls have the potential to leave the field of play. Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball that leaves the field of play and enters the seating area. Fans interfering with a ball in play will be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Any fan that enters the field of play in pursuit of a ball will be subject to arrest, fine, and imprisonment under the harshest penalties of the law. In the event a ball enters the seating area, please be cautious and courteous with those seated around you.

GUEST CONDUCT/INTERFERENCE
Tempe Diablo Stadium Staff are in place to provide a fun and safe experience for all fans in attendance. To ensure the safety of those in attendance, guests are required to always behave appropriately.
1. Guests wearing anything obscene, indecent, or inappropriate, as determined by Tempe Diablo Stadium Staff, will not be allowed admittance into the ballpark.
2. Guests smoking anywhere within the stadium will be subject to ejection as per Tempe Civil Code § 22-43 and voter initiative approved May 21, 2002.
3. Any guest found to be intoxicated, using foul/abusive language, or using inappropriate gestures will be subject to ejection from the ballpark.
4. Guests will not be allowed on the playing field, beyond the lawn fence line, or within the Players' Parking Lot at any time. Any guests entering these areas, interrupting play, or chasing after a baseball in an area deemed off-limits can be ejected and/or cited for trespassing and is subject to arrest.
5. Objects may not be thrown or tossed into the seating area or onto the field at any time. Violators of this nature will be ejected immediately from the ballpark and are subject to subsequent legal action.
6. Guests interfering with another guest's ability to enjoy the game will be subject to ejection from the ballpark.
GUEST RELATIONS
The guest relations desk is located behind Section 12. Guests who have questions regarding lost & found, lost children or services for those with disabilities should visit the guest relations desk. Guests may also obtain general information, address concerns or offer suggestions at this location.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Applications for the Diablo Stadium internship program are accepted during the month of September. Email jerryhalljr@tempe.gov to request an application.

LOST & FOUND
Guests that have lost personal items should be directed to the Guest Relations/Operations Office at section 12 of the concourse. Guests are asked to return any misplaced item found to the Guest Relations/Operations Office or to a Tempe Diablo Stadium Staff member. Lost parents should also report to the Guest Relations/Operations Office when a child is lost. The Guest Relations/Operations Office can be reached on non-game days at 480-350-5265.
LOST CHILDREN
Upon entering the ballpark, children should be reminded to contact a Tempe Diablo Stadium staff member should they be separated from their party. Please contact the Guest Relations desk, located behind Section 12, to report a lost child.
LOST TICKETS
If tickets are lost, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the Angels ticket office. A deposit for the full-faced value of the tickets may be required. The deposit will be returned only when the unused (replaced) tickets are returned to the ticket office. Replacement tickets will be issued only to the season ticket holder of record, and no more than two (2) sets of these tickets will be issued per account, per season. Tickets that are stolen will be replaced at no charge provided the Angels ticket office receives a copy of the police report detaining the exact seat location and game date of the stolen tickets.

NOSISEMAKERS
Fans are not permitted to bring in any type of noisemaker or musical instruments into the stadium. Exceptions to the rule are Angels team-issued items such as "Halo Sticks."

PAGING
Paging is not permitted except in emergency cases that are considered to be life-threatening.
PARKING LOT
The Tempe Diablo Stadium parking lots open approximately 2 hours prior to the start of all home games. Guests can enter both the West and East Lots via Alameda Drive. Both lots are open to the public on all practice days when a game will not be played at the stadium. Parking for gamedays will cost $10 per vehicle. Please note the following regulations:
1. Vehicles more than 20 feet in length will be charged an additional fee for entry. ($30)
2. No vehicle may occupy more than one parking space.
3. Park only in a marked stall. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be cited/towed away.
4. BARBEQUES: ONLY approved gas/propane units with fuel-valve turn offs. NO CHARCOAL is allowed.
5. Alcohol consumption in the parking lot is illegal.
6. Overnight parking is prohibited.
7. No selling or soliciting in the parking lot.
8. Tailgating is allowed only in general (non-preferred) parking areas.
9. No in and out parking.
PARTY SUITES

PATIO
The private patio can accommodate up to 150 people. For reservations, call 888-796-HALO (4256).
PAY PHONES
Public pay phones are not available in the stadium.
PICNIC AREA
Tables and chairs located on the east patio can accommodate guests with lawn seating who would like a shady and comfortable place to sit while they grab a bite to eat.
PRESS BOX
Access is limited to those with proper Tempe Diablo Stadium, media, or Major League Baseball credentials.

RADIOS
Hand-held radios are permitted with the stadium as long as they do not interfere with another fan's enjoyment of the game. Tempe Diablo Stadium staff reserves the right to ask a fan to discontinue the use of such devices at any time.
RAINOUT POLICY
The Ticket Office will exchange for a future game. Refunds will be issued at later date. Ticket stubs must be retained for a future refund.
RAMPS
There is one ramp used for entrance into the ballpark. The ramp is located on the South side of the stadium and is accessible along the Stadium Courtyard sidewalk.
READMITTANCE
Guests may re-enter the park by presenting a valid ticket and a valid hand stamp, issued by a Tempe Diablo Stadium staff member.
RECYCLING
Recycling bins are located throughout the stadium for your convenience.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the main concourse level. Each restroom is accessible and includes a diaper changing station.

RIDESHARE
Drop-off and pickup for rideshare users (Lyft/Uber/etc.) will be located just outside of the Alameda Dr. entrance to the west parking lot. Signs directing drivers and passengers will be visible. There will be no pickup or drop-off allowed inside the west parking lot.

Please visit guest services, before the 4th inning, to submit a request for a message to be displayed on the scoreboard.

Service Animals

SOUVENIRS
There are three (3) Angels Team Stores located throughout the stadium. They are open only during all home games and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on practice days.
STROLLERS
Strollers are allowed as long as they accompany an infant. (All strollers are subject to search.)
SUITES
There are two (2) indoor suites that can accommodate up to 16 people. For reservations call 888-796-HALO (4256).
SUNSCREEN
Sunscreen will be allowed to be brought in. It also can be purchased in the Angels team stores.

Parking lots open approximately two (2) hours prior to the start of all home games and are also open to the public on home practice days.

- Charcoal barbeque grills are not allowed.

TAXI SERVICE
Guests in need of a taxi are asked to visit the Guest Relations desk behind Section 12.
TICKET REQUIREMENTS
All guests, 3 years of age and older, must obtain a valid ticket upon entry to the ballpark for each individual game day. Children must be seated in the same section as their parents or guardian. Ticket stubs must be retained throughout the game. Failure to produce a valid ticket upon the request of a Tempe Diablo Stadium Staff member is grounds for immediate ejection.

WATER
One (1) 1-Liter plastic, factory-sealed bottle of water is allowed per person. Stainless steel/reusable water bottles are permitted but must be emptied prior to entry into Diablo Stadium.
WHEELCHAIRS
Tempe Diablo Stadium has a limited number of wheelchairs available to transport guests to their seats. Please contact Guest Services to arrange for wheelchair assistance.

WILL CALL
The Tempe Diablo Stadium Will Call Window is located at the Box Office located right of the bottom of the Grand Entrance. Tickets left at Will Call will be released only to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope. Identification in the form of a picture I.D. will be required before tickets are released.
