Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

Students will enjoy a short paddle on the lake. After attaching your paddleboard to the anchored yoga line, your instructor will guide you through a one hour basic yoga class, which includes modified postures. SUP Yoga features seated and standing yoga postures including sun salutations, lunges and downward-facing dog. You will be encouraged to stand up and try the full expression of the postures, but all of the postures can be modified on hands and knees. 

We will take a few quiet meditation moments before paddling back. Prerequisite: Intro SUP or commensurate experience. Fee: $35. 480-350-8069
