Stand-up Paddling Fitness

Once you have learned the basics of SUP, stay in shape by taking SUP Fitness. This class will focus on fitness and advanced paddling technique. Bring your own board or use one from our fleet. Prerequisites: Intro to Stand-Up Paddling or commensurate experience. * No class 7/7. 480-350-8069
