Summer and Break Camps

Tempe offers summer day camps and school break camps for those with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Campers will enjoy a variety of activities including arts & crafts, life skills and so much more! Camp participants must be able to participate successfully in a 1:4 staff-to-participant environment.

Registration

Completed packets can be sent to adaptiverec@tempe.gov or dropped off to the Westside Multi-Generational Center, 715 W. 5th Street
The following must be submitted all at once:

  1. Completed registration packet
  2. Current PCSP [if using DDD] or IEP [if doing private pay]
  3. Current photo
