Businesses Must: 

• submit a Career Ready Tempe Business application
• be located within the City of Tempe.
• have a physical business location 
• be in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
• be willing to sign an agreement with the Tempe Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
• designate an on-site intern supervisor.
• provide a job description with meaningful project assignments (administrative tasks= No more than 20% of work).
• provide a safe working environment
