Hosted by Vice Mayor Doreen Garlid, Shine Your Light: Empowering Young Women to Lead and Succeed is designed to engage young women ages 14-22 in college, career and leadership opportunities with:

• Networking opportunities
• Fashion show and advice on dressing for success

Our lineup of speakers and workshops will cover a wide range of topics, from career development to self-care. Whether you're a student, a young professional or simply looking to expand your network, this conference is for you.

This event is being held in collaboration with Tempe Community Health and Human Services and in partnership with Rio Salado College.
