Personal, impertinent, or slanderous remarks, including profanity, are prohibited, as is any disorderly conduct that disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes the Joint Review Commission meeting. Becoming boisterous while addressing the Commission is prohibited. Any conduct that disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes the Joint Review Commission meeting will be grounds, at the discretion of the Joint Review Commission Chair, for ending the speaker’s time.
