The City of Tempe Community Development Department values and welcomes public input on Public Hearing items and at Public Meetings.
All those wishing to address a Board /Commission for public input items must:
1) Submit an electronic Speaker/Comment Card no later than 2 p.m. on the day of the meeting; AND
2) REGISTER for the Board/Commission Meeting in order to be called forward during the virtual meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: The CHAT, HAND-RAISE and Q&A functions for virtual Board/Commission meetings for attendees in the audience are NOT readily visible to Board/Commission Members and are NOT routinely monitored by staff during the meeting. If you wish to address a Board/Commission, you must submit a Speaker/Comment card.
When Comment Cards are received, they will be included as part of the meeting record and provided to the Board/Commission Members in advance. Due to other support functions required, staff is not available to monitor incoming Speaker/Comment Cards after the deadline.
