Note: The participating painting company is not employed by, or providing services on behalf of, the City of Tempe.  The company is an independent contractor that has agreed to perform certain painting services for Tempe residents at a negotiated rate.  Residents that desire to take advantage of these rates must contact the painting company directly. Residents should request the Tempe Home Painting Referral rate. 

The City of Tempe is not party to any contract between the resident and the participating company.  The City of Tempe does not guarantee or warranty the work of the company in any manner.
