The City of Tempe has negotiated with a vetted, locally based company to provide decomposed granite installation services. This program provides residents with reduced rates for the preparation, delivery, and installation of decomposed granite. This company will perform all of the necessary preparation for installation, drop off the granite, and install the granite with a finished leveling process.

Note: The participating company is not employed by, or providing services on behalf of, the City of Tempe.  The company is an independent contractor that has agreed to perform certain services for Tempe residents at a negotiated rate.  Residents that desire to take advantage of these rates must contact the company directly. Residents should request the Tempe Decomposed Granite Referral rate. 

The City of Tempe is not party to any contract between the resident and the participating company.  The City of Tempe does not guarantee or warranty the work of the company in any manner.

Any billing, service questions or concerns are to be addressed with the company, not the City of Tempe. The City of Tempe is not responsible for resolving any issues that may arise out of a resident’s use of the participating company.
