Code Compliance will achieve its vision through a three part system: Education, Assistance and Enforcement. Establishing high quality customer service is our number one (1) priority. By educating our residents on processes, methods and the code, assisting those in need and incorporating new methods and technologies to allow us to work faster and smarter, we will be able to provide a greater level of service. We strive to enhance the quality of life in Tempe and provide solution oriented services to the community. We aim to build supportive partnerships throughout our community and develop a culture that is helpful, approachable, knowledgeable and of the highest integrity. Our purpose is to protect the community from physical, visual and economic deterioration.
