OUR WORKGROUP

The City of Tempe's Project Assistance workgroup includes skilled staff members with experience in building safety, planning, land use, and more. Our Project Coordinators walk projects of all sizes through the many stages required to go from rendering to reality. Our team can help navigate building, planning, private engineering, environmental and fire codes, submittal requirements, Art In Private Development, and more.

Project Assistance serves as the single point-of-contact for plan review, permitting, and inspections. We work in collaboration with the Planning Division for new building projects requiring a public entitlement process to create a smooth transition into the plan review and inspections. There is no additional cost for this service.
