Commercial Plan Review ensures that new developments, tenant improvements, and structural modifications comply with the City of Tempe’s adopted building codes, safety regulations and zoning requirements. Before permits are issued, plans for offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and other commercial projects must be reviewed for structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency.
