This application must be submitted a minimum of  4 working days in advance of the work hours being requested. 

IF APPROVED, Neighborhood Services will email the applicant to proceed with distribution of notifications. 

Notifications must be distributed 48 hours in advance of the off hours work. 

Once notifications are complete, email staff contact to confirm so that Letter of Authorization can be issued.
