The Tempe Municipal Court provides virtual courtroom proceedings to the public to promote access to justice, allowing the public to observe proceedings without being present in the courthouse. There is no cost or registration required to access the virtual proceedings. 

Defendants may not use the virtual proceeding link to appear before the Court or to address their case outside of a scheduled hearing. Defendants may participate only at the date and time set by the Court.

Note: Virtual proceedings are active only for select proceedings while the courtroom is in session and on the record. If you are unable to view or hear the proceedings after using the link or using the telephonic option, there may not be a virtual proceeding active at that time.
