Information about Voter Registration and Ballot Replacement/Drop Off Locations for City of Tempe Election

Two Mayoral candidates and five City Council candidates will be on the March 10, 2020 General Election ballot.  Elected candidates will be sworn in to four-year terms in July 2020.

Verify or update your voter Registration by calling the Maricopa County Elections Department at 602-506-1511 or visiting Register.Maricopa.Vote.

This will be Tempe’s second Ballot by Mail election, which means that every registered voter in Tempe will automatically receive a ballot in the mail.  Ballots were mailed starting February 12 for the March 10 General Election.  Check the status of your  ballot at BallotStatus.Maricopa.Vote.  

Voters can return their completed ballots by mail, or they can drop off their voted ballots or receive a replacement for a damaged or lost ballot at the following locations:

Pyle Adult Recreation Center, 655 E. Southern Ave., Tempe, AZ 85282
Open March 2 to March 10, from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday 
Election Day on March 10, Open 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Maricopa County Recorder’s Southeast Mesa Office, 222 E. Javelina Ave., Mesa, AZ 85210
Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday
Election Day on March 10, Open 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center, 510 S. Third Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85003
Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday
Election Day on March 10, Open 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Voters can also drop off ONLY their completed ballot at the following location:
