Arizona’s State Constitution Article 2 § 2.1 outlines your rights in its Victims’ Bill of Rights. Those rights not presumed may be invoked using the form below.  

As a victim you have the right, but are not required, to appear at any criminal proceedings where the defendant also has the right to appear. You may have the right to leave work to attend such proceedings. Note that the defendant may enter a plea and be sentenced at any court proceeding.
