Tempe City Council has set Strategic Priorities, overarching goals that are important to our community, such as safe and secure communities, quality of life, sustainable development and more.
Since that time, City of Tempe staff has worked to create measurable goals that feed into those priorities and help us achieve them.
Tempe Accelerates is a way to share our efforts to reach those goals and to explain why they are important. Join us for Tempe Accelerates, a series of explanatory talks about how these goals help the community and what we can do to reach our targets more effectively. These sessions are data-driven and often involve collaboration from several city departments. There are opportunities to ask questions. People can look at the data and download it at https://data.tempe.gov/ and find other public information at www.tempe.gov/open-tempe or performance.tempe.gov (Best opened in Chrome browser).
Tempe Accelerates takes place in Tempe City Council Chambers, 31 E. Fifth St., Tempe. It is free and no RSVP is required.
These sessions will air on Tempe 11 beginning in April. To view the sessions, please click here.
