Tempe's Champions for People Living with Dementia

A Champion is a Friend Among Friends

A Dementia Friend Champion is a friend among friends.  Champions will help neighbors, business associates, church members, and other community members become Dementia Friends to make Tempe a livable city for people living with dementia.

Champions were trained in some easy lessons:

•The five key messages everyone should know about dementia
•Facilitating a Dementia Friends Arizona information session with your group
