Tempe Mayor’s Disability Awards March 26

The Tempe Mayor’s Disability Awards honor achievements of exceptional people with disabilities, employers who have demonstrated a strong commitment to employing people with disabilities and others who work toward equity, inclusion and the best quality of life for all people in Tempe.

The 31st Tempe Mayor’s Disability Awards takes place at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26 at Tempe Center for the Arts, 700 W. Rio Salado Parkway. 

Awards are given for nine categories, including outstanding students, educators, architects, businesses and more.  The Community Service Award honors a person, organization or business that has made a significant contribution by providing or improving personal and community support for individuals with disabilities. The Pride of the City Award recognizes an individual, group, business or organization that has demonstrated a long-term commitment in improving the quality of life for all the residents of Tempe.
