If you need help determining what treatments and services would be best, CARE 7 engages people at the point of crisis in their lives and continues to support them with assistance and referral through the continuum of healing and recovery. Representatives of CARE 7 can help you determine which resources will help you or those you care about.

If you are interested in Substance Abuse Treatment, you can walk-in or your Primary Care Provider can refer you.
- Referrals
- Self-referrals and referrals from agencies outside the VA can contact the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program to schedule a Screening/orientation visit or present to bldg. 31 during walk-in screening hours.
- Screening/ orientation – Individual informational orientation
- Walk-in screening clinic hours:
- Monday – Friday from 1 to 3 p.m.
- Also available by appointment by calling ext. 6471
- Walk-in screening clinic hours:
- Intake assessment- individual assessment
- A one-hour intake appointment is scheduled after completed screening/orientation.
- Scheduled intakes occur on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Your primary care provider can link refer you to any of these Mental Health services.
