You and those you care about aren't alone. Help is available. Below is searchable resource directory to find treatment centers, recovery support groups, sober living communities and more. 

Sort through this directory to look for facilities that are specific to what you are looking for by pulling down on the box that reads All Amenities and scrolling through the options.  

If you need help determining what treatments and services would be best, CARE 7 engages people at the point of crisis in their lives and continues to support them with assistance and referral through the continuum of healing and recovery. Representatives of CARE 7 can help you determine which resources will help you or those you care about. 

You can call CARE 7 at 480-350-8004 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are interested in Substance Abuse Treatment, you can walk-in or your Primary Care Provider can refer you.

  • Referrals
    • Self-referrals and referrals from agencies outside the VA can contact the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program to schedule a Screening/orientation visit or present to bldg. 31 during walk-in screening hours.
  • Screening/ orientation – Individual informational orientation
    • Walk-in screening clinic hours:
      • Monday – Friday from 1 to 3 p.m.
      • Also available by appointment by calling ext. 6471
  • Intake assessment-  individual assessment
    • A one-hour intake appointment is scheduled after completed screening/orientation.
    • Scheduled intakes occur on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Your primary care provider can link refer you to any of these Mental Health services.
