Built in 2005, the Tempe Sports Complex has a variety of active and passive recreational opportunities.

It includes the following features.

  • Skate Park - two bowls and multiple "street style" ramps
  • 7 Athletic Fields - soccer, flag football, rugby, etc.
  • 4 Softball Fields - Dawson Fields
  • 1 Dog Park - 2 acres 
  • 8 Pickleball courts (Learn more about pickleball court construction here.)
  • Little league field – Bloomquist Field

The dog park at Tempe Sports Complex is open the following hours:

  • Summer (May-October): 5 a.m.-11 p.m.
  • Winter (November-April): 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Closed for maintenance Wednesdays, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
