The Arts & Culture Division develops and manages the city's arts and culture programs and services including Tempe Community Arts and Tempe Public Art. Tempe is dedicated to enriching the lives of the local and extended community by providing life-long engagement through accessible cultural, social, and educational experiences.

Beneath the Petticoats: Edwardian Summer Wear

 Ever wondered how the Edwardians dealt with the summer heat while wearing multiple layers? Join Trevon Powell for an exploration of fashion spanning from 1901 to 1914. We will take a deep dive into the cultural and social forces that shaped this era, examining the historic global changes that influenced fashion like never before. 

This special Sunday event will be held in the museum’s Community Room, light refreshments will be provided. Doors open at 11am, presentation begins at 11:30am. Tickets are $10 – reserve your seat by calling 480-350-5100 or book via Eventbrite (fees apply), space is limited.
