Development Review Commission

The Development Review Commission (DRC) holds public meetings and hearings to provide analysis and recommendations to the City Council regarding general land use policies and applications where the DRC has recommendatory authority, and to render final decisions on specified applications where the DRC has final decision-making authority. The DRC carries out the provisions and intent of the General Plan and the Zoning and Development Code. The DRC promotes harmonious, safe, attractive, and compatible development that supports the public health, safety, and general welfare of the community.
