As of the following meeting dates, Agendas and Minutes for the listed bodies are posted on the City of Tempe’s Agenda Online website:

• Aviation Commission – beginning with the June 17, 2026 meeting (Note: this meeting was canceled) 
• Board of Adjustment – beginning with the May 28, 2025 meetings
• Development Review Commission – beginning with the August 27, 2024 meetings
• Historic Preservation Commission – beginning with the June 11, 2025 meeting (Note: this meeting was canceled)
• Joint Review Committee – beginning with the May 6, 2026 meetings (Note: these meetings were canceled)
• Risk Management Trust Board – beginning with the April 22, 2026 meeting

To view meetings for a specific board, commission, or committee:

1. Click “Meetings” in the top blue navigation bar.
2. In the “Meeting Type” field, check the boxes for the specific body (e.g., “Development Review Commission Regular Meeting” and “Development Review Commission Study Session”, or “Board of Adjustment Regular Meeting” and “Board of Adjustment Study Session”, etc.).
3. Click the “Search” button to view all recent and upcoming meetings.

 

Public Meeting Notices

In accordance with State law, public meeting notices for all meetings of the Tempe City Council and all City of Tempe boards and commissions will be posted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. 

The City of Tempe’s official posting board is located at the Council Chambers level of the Harry E. Mitchell Government Complex, 31 E. Fifth Street, Tempe. Public Meeting Notices are posted on electronic display panels located near the main entry of the Council Chambers, and note the availability of individual meeting agendas online. The electronic posting board is accessible to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Public meeting notices are also posted on the City’s website. Results of any legal actions taken at the City Council meetings will be posted on the City’s website within 3 working days of the meeting.
