Being considered are ways to promote this Opportunity Zone, designating the area the Tempe Maker District and highlighting the locally-crafted products and services manufactured in this area through a Made in Tempe campaign.
Residents, business and property owners are encouraged to participate in the long-range planning for the vision of the area. This public meeting is a result of the Broadway Corridor Working Group, including Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell, Councilmember Randy Keating, Counclmember Joel Navarro and city staff.
