The free Triple P parenting classes offered by the Tempe Human Services Department are aimed at parents who are looking for skills to raise confident, healthy children.
Triple P, which stands for Positive Parenting Program®, covers a variety of topics and gives parents choices of simple strategies that fit each family’s needs. Class materials are provided by the program. And at select classes, families are provided free snacks, meals and childcare.
Unless otherwise indicated, all classes take place at the Thew Family Resource Center, 2130 E. Howe Avenue and childcare is provided.
Group Triple P
Begins January 15, an English-speaker's parenting group meets 5:30 – 7 p.m., Tuesdays for a 5-week course.
(The Spanish-speakers parenting group begins March 20 and meets 9 – 11 a.m., Wednesdays for a 5-week course).
