Facility Reservation Information
The Westside Community Center is available for use by Tempe resident groups and
organizations for meetings Monday through Saturday. Organizations using the facility must
be not-for-profit in nature and involve Tempe residents. Examples of
organizations include clubs, support groups, and Home Owners Associations.
Print and complete all four pages of the following forms and
submit to:
