Consumer Confidence Reports

Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR's) are annual brochures sent to every water utility customer to explain the local water quality issues for the previous year.  Tempe will mail the water quality reports to their customers, and will take steps to get the information to people who do not receive water bills, such as individual apartment residents by July 1st of each year. Consumer Confidence Reports are the centerpiece of the right-to-know provisions in the 1996 Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act.
