Hayden Ferry Lakeside

The Hayden Ferry Lakeside project is a mixed-use development consisting of 750,000 Class A office space, restaurants, shopping and entertainment, a hotel, and residential condominiums. The first phase consists of more than 200,000 square feet of office and retail space. It’s visible from Loop 202, Sky Harbor International Airport, and Tempe's Mill Avenue. Current technology tenants include Medaire and Valley Ventures. 

 

Papago Park Center

Papago Park Center, located on the north of the Salt River, is a 522-acre, $2 billion mixed-use development. The headquarters of Salt River Project is located in the Center, along with other highly visible companies such as ConocoPhillips, J.B. Rodgers Mechanical Contractors, OrthoLogic, Express Scripts,Three-Five Systems, and DHL Worldwide Express.
