Mission
The Tempe Earned
Income Tax Credit and Asset Development Initiative, a partnership of
Tempe Community Council, City of Tempe, Newtown Community Development
Corporation, Tempe Schools Credit Union and the IRS, has a mission to
help hard working people become financially stable. The Initiative is
part of the Internal Revenue Service’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance
(VITA) Program.

Income Eligibility
Families must
have an annual income of $55,000 or less for 2009.
Single individuals must have an annual income of $35,000 or less for
