Tempe Tardeada Scholarship

A Nationwide Company
This scholarship entitles two recipients to receive $1,000 to be used for
educational purposes.
The
Tempe Tardeada is a festival celebrating the rich Hispanic heritage
in
Tempe.
The winner will be notified by Oct, 2, and will be
presented with their scholarship at the Tardeada festival on Oct. 8.
Application deadline is Sept. 22.
Eligibility RequirementS
1.
Applicant
must be a resident of Tempe
OR
2.
Applicant
must attend high school in
Tempe,
or in the
Tempe
Union
High
School District.
Instructions
1.
Complete the
application form.
2.
Respond to the award questions in the space provided.
3.
Attach a 400-500 word essay on one of three topic areas (see
application form).
4..
Provide a transcript of your high school GPA.
5.
