Volunteer Opportunities - Spanish Interpreter

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Approved candidates for the volunteer program must:
• Submit a completed Application
• Meet with the Volunteer Coordinator for a preliminary interview
• Pass a criminal background check
• Be fingerprinted
• Submit to a polygraph examination (for designated positions)
• Be interviewed by potential supervisor

Duties and Details

• Interpreters are 'on call' 4-6 hours per week
  (shifts are available from 6PM to 6AM Monday -Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday)
• There is a 12 hour training course, and a legal terminology booklet provided
